Our Policies
Refunds and Make-ups
Classes will be postponed or cancelled one week prior to their
starting date if minimum enrollment has not been reached. Students
will be notified for refunds. There are no refunds for missed classes
but make-up classes are available.
Starting Date
You can start anytime. We will prorate your tuition based on the date
you start for the first month.
Drop-off and Pick-up
Please drop off and pick up between scheduled class times. We like
to give 100% attention to the class in session.
Late Pick-up Fees
A late pick up fee will be charged if children are picked up after the
scheduled class time. The late charge is $5.00 for first 10 minutes
and an additional $5.00 for every five minutes thereafter. This fee will
appear on your next payment.
Returned Checks
All returned checks and NSF bank drafts will be charged a handling
fee of $50.00 per check.
Registration and Tuition
All payments are non-refundable.
Art Supplies
All tools and materials will be provided for most classes.
Absences & Cancellation for Private Sessions
If a student is going to be absent on any day, we must be notified at
least 48 hours in advance of cancellation, except in the
case of a medical emergency or you will be charged for the time.
Student’s Property
Art Studio for Kids is not responsible for any items left in our Studio.
